This prevents new dirt from accumulating and it also means you will cut the costs in terms of high rise cleaning or building cleaning in the longer term. Installation of bird spikes does not necessarily go hand in hand with the building cleaning in the strictest sense, but as an organisation we are perfectly placed to deal with such issues comfortably.
