Building Cleaning
One of the main issues with building cleaning is safety. Height Access Technology Ltd realise that there are principles involved when it comes to high rise cleaning, particularly when you are abseil cleaning. Building cleaning falls under the bailiwick of Height Access Technology. We know that those same principles when it comes to safety include the identification of hazards pertaining to the building cleaning, the assessment of the risks involved in the abseil cleaning and finally the controls that can be put in place to minimise bodily injury during the course of the high rise cleaning.
We appreciate the need for a safe working environment for all those who take part in the process of building cleaning. We can also consult with you on what measures we can take to make access to high points less hazardous. But we’re there to do the job so that you don’t have to. As with all health and safety legislation pertaining to working at heights, we appreciate how important consultation is, both amongst our team of skilled professionals, and any body or individual who offers us a contract for building cleaning.
Because our field involves more than just building cleaning, we are best placed to deal with and minimise the risks. Our successes elsewhere mean that we can often bring in a quote no more than the rental costs of the equipment. We can fit or mount anchor points to areas of the building to assist in the building cleaning, or for any other purpose. If there are too many birds flocking around the building, depositing their detritus, we can both suggest and install bird spikes so that no birds can land on the potential perches in question. This prevents new dirt from accumulating and it also means you will cut the costs in terms of high rise cleaning or building cleaning in the longer term. Installation of bird spikes does not necessarily go hand in hand with the building cleaning in the strictest sense, but as an organisation we are perfectly placed to deal with such issues comfortably.
